Custom Order
Building a custom instrument is a blend of art and physics. Let’s see if we can capture the best the both in a custom build. The options listed here help to shape what is possible.
New builds start with a non-refundable 25% deposit of the build price. Full balance is due prior to shipping. In the case of a cancelled order, the deposit may be held until a new buyer is found.
A two day (48 hour) trial period is allowed upon delivery. If not satisfied with your instrument within that time, you may return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping. After that grace period, it is at the discretion of Heinonen Guitars to offer a complete or partial refund. Export outside of the US may require addition fees for permitting and inspection.
